The West Virginia System of Care is a public-private-consumer partnership dedicated to building and maintaining effective community based services and supports for children and youth with, or at-risk for behavioral health related challenges, and their families.
The mission of WVCDHH is to advocate for, develop, and coordinate public policies, regulations, and programs to assure full and equal opportunity for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing in West Virginia.
Eastern Panhandle Deaf Alliances, Inc. strives to provide the services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, and Late-Deafened to improve the quality of their lives. EPDA provides case management, Deaf advocacy, community education, interpreter advocacy, early family services, and senior citizens services.
